Top tips for a perfect time at driftSPA

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment - this gives you time to relax and get ready; late showings can also reduce treatment time.

What should I do if I have any special concerns or requirements?

Please inform me when you book an appointment if you are pregnant, have had any recent injuries, surgery or any cosmetic procedures as some treatments may be unsuitable.

Spa relaxation policy

The salon is not a suitable environment for young children. I also ask everyone to keep phones on silent or to switch them off.

Cancellation charges

Please give 48 hours' notice if an appointment cannot be kept. I reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment price.
